You may work from 7am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday.
4. When do I need a development permit?
If you are altering the exterior of your structure in any manner, you must first make an appointment to see a planner.
5. How long does it take to get an inspection?
Inspections are done the next business day
6. Can I pull an owner builder permit to remodel my condominium?
NO, the exemption is for fee simple property owners only. You can find this in the Florida Statutes, 489.103.7
7. My insurance company has an insurance mitigation form, can the city fill it out for me?
Yes, the form may be filled out by the Building Official. It will require pulling all the building permit files associated with that property.
There is a charge for the service. If you did not obtain the necessary permit, the form will not be completed
