Certification of a True and Accurate Copy of an Original Record
Often, different entities and/or individuals require a certified copy of City documents for various reasons. The City Clerk is the individual responsible for certifying a copy of any original record of the City. This is accomplished by the City Clerk affixing her signature on each page of the document to be certified along with the date and an imprint of the City seal.
