City Releases New "Guide to Redevelopment in the Resort Housing District"
To assist citizens utilizing the newly adopted ordinances to reconstruct buildings in the Resort Housing District, the City of Sanibel Department of Planning has developed a "Guide to Redevelopment in the Resort Housing District."
In conjunction with the Planning Commission and after a series of public hearings Sanibel City Council has amended the Land Development Code to assure that development and modernization of existing resort properties can occur within the framework of the Sanibel Plan. To assist citizens with the adopted ordinances to reconstruct buildings in the Resort Housing District, the City of Sanibel Planning Department has developed a "Guide to Redevelopment in the Resort Housing District."
