Mick and Sue Denham have been full time residents on Sanibel since 1998, after retiring from corporate careers. They jointly have ten grandchildren and enjoy travelling to visit them. Mick, an avid birder and former Ding Darling volunteer, was elected to Sanibel City Council in 2005. He is serving his third term as Sanibel’s Mayor. Sue has volunteered with many organizations including SWFAS, Habitat for Humanity and is past president of the Zonta Club of Sanibel-Captiva.
The sign held by Mick and Sue is $135.
You can become a sponsor by purchasing a 24” x 32” sign for $195 or a 24” x 18” sign for $135. Signs may be purchased anonymously. Proceeds from the sale of signs help our island workers so their children can attend the City of Sanibel Recreation After School Program, Fun Days when school is closed and Summer Camp at the Recreation Center.
