Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Holiday Hours for all City Operations and Refuse Collection
Please read this important news release regarding municipal operations for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday, January 16th, 2012.
The City of Sanibel Administrative Offices will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday Monday, January 16, 2012 and will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
All garbage, recycling and vegetation waste collection by Veolia Environmental Services for the week of Monday, January 16, 2012 will operate as scheduled.
The Recreation Center will operate regular hours on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All regular classes will be held. If you have any questions, please call the Recreation Center at 472-0345.
The Sanibel Recreation Center will operate the “Fun Days” program on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Registration is $20 per child per Fun Day for Recreation Center members and $25 per child for non-members. Pre registration is preferred a week in advance for Fun Days. If you have any questions, please call the Recreation Center at 472-0345.
The Recreation Center After School Program will resume on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. If you have any questions, please call the Recreation Center at 472-0345.
