The City of Sanibel Recreation Center will host the Radiology Regional Center’s Mobile Mammo Coach on Saturday, October 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Mobile Mammo Coach is a state of the art breast imaging clinic, providing full field digital mammography services. Most insurances are accepted and discounted self-pay pricing available.

According to estimates from the American Cancer Society, one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. More importantly, with early detection, the survival rate for an early diagnosed breast cancer at five years is better than 97%. Mammography is one aspect of breast health, in addition to monthly self-exam and annual physician exam.
