NEW Swim Gym Sanibel Recreation Center
This water based fitness program for individuals 18 years and older combines swimming and modified plyometrics, with traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises. The workouts will help expand lung capacity, improve muscular strength and endurance while providing the benefits of weight and resistance training you would find in a traditional gym.
The program begins Monday, October 3rd, 2011 and will run through Wednesday September 26th, 2012 from 4 to 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. The cost for the program is $50 for Recreation Center members and $62.50 for non-members. For more information contact the Sanibel Recreation Center.
