Traffic on Sanibel's Periwinkle Road is currently being detoured as the historical Shorehaven continues its route from Dixie Beach Road to Dunlop Road. The project, originally scheduled to be completed last evening, has taken longer than anticipated.

Periwinkle Traffic Detoured As Building is Moved
Traffic on Sanibel's Periwinkle Road is currently being detoured as the historical Shorehaven continues its route from Dixie Beach Road to Dunlop Road. The project, originally scheduled to be completed last evening, has taken longer than anticipated.
Motorist are advised to follow law enforcement officers instructions on-site. At this time the relocation, which includes working around electrical services, is anticipated to be completed by noon.
