SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE WITH CHUCK AND HELEN KETTEMAN

This couple has lived on our Island for many years. Chuck, a Kiwanian, is the President of BIG ARTS Board of Directors. Helen is a nationally known children’s book author who often speaks at the Sanibel Public Library or The Sanibel School. Her most recent book, Three Little Gators, is available at our local book store and on Amazon.com. Additionally, Chuck and Helen’s generosity are well known throughout the Island.

We welcome Chuck and Helen in joining with other Recreation Center Scholarship Sponsors to date including Biddles Bucket, Biddle’s Restaurant & Piano Bar, Sanibel Dairy Queen, Pfeifer Realty Group, The Sanibel Café, Bank Of The Islands, The Roepstorff Family, Lazy Flamingo, Periwinkle Park and Campground, Chocolate Expressions, Giggles, SanCap One Source Realty, and Sanibel Deli & Coffee Factory.

The sign Chuck is holding is $135. You can purchase this sign or a larger one at a cost of $195. Signs may be purchased anonymously. Proceeds from the sale of signs help our island workers so their children can attend the City of Sanibel Recreation After School Program, fun days at the Center when the school is closed and summer camp at the Center.
