Sanibel Building Department Permit Fee Reduced by 25% Effective April 10th, 2012
On Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012 Sanibel City Council adopted Ordinance 12-003 which reduces all City of Sanibel Building Permit Fees by 25%. The multiplier for all Building Department Fees has been reduced from 1% of total project cost to ¾% of total cost. Ordinance 12-003 is effective Tuesday, April 10th, 2012.
