Sanibel City Council Accepting Applications for Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC)
The Sanibel City Council is accepting applications for the City of Sanibel representative to the Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) pending final appointment by Lee County Board of Commissioners.
The MPO By-laws can be obtained at City Hall.
(The Representative will be responsible for advising the Metropolitan Planning Organization on the policy aspects of issues before the Metropolitan Planning Organization, public involvement programs and other duties assigned it by the Metropolitan Planning Organization. The Representative will also report back to Sanibel City Council and keep Sanibel City Council apprised of the Committee’s actions and issues.)
Deadline for submission is Tuesday, November 27, 2012.
An application may be obtained at Sanibel City Hall, 800 Dunlop Road, or on the City Website, www.mysanibel.com or call 472-3700.
