Sanibel Permitted Special Events - Weekend of November 5th & 6th Sanibel Island Farmer’s Market Begins, Daylight Savings Time Ends, The Cast Net Rodeo and Calusa Blueway Paddling Festival!

The following Special Events have been permitted by the City of Sanibel for this weekend:

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH

Cast Net Rodeo at the Bait Box, 1041 Periwinkle Way
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Schedule of Events include Cast Net lessons, demonstrations and kids competition for great prizes. Refreshments available. Please call (239) 472-1618, for additional information.

Calusa Blueway Paddling Festival, Sanibel Causeway Span A
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME
ENDS at 2 a.m.
Remember to set your clocks back one hour!

Sanibel Island Farmer’s Market at City Hall, 800 Dunlop Road
8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This open air market features 30 vendors including baked goods, live plants, honey, pasta, cheese, sausages, fresh fish, fresh produce, and organic veggies.

Calusa Blueway Paddling Festival, Sanibel Causeway Span A
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
