Sanibel Permitted Special Events - Weekend of February 20th & 21st
The following holiday weekend Special Events have been permitted by the City of Sanibel:
Saturday, February 20th, 2010
9 a.m. – Congress Jewelers Grand Opening
Periwinkle Place Shopping Center, 2075 Periwinkle Way
6:30 p.m. – Sea Fandango to Benefit the Sanibel Sea School
Sanibel Community Association, 2173 Periwinkle Way
Sunday, February 21st, 2010
8 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Sanibel Island Farmer’s Market
Tahitian Gardens, 1975 Periwinkle Way
This open air market features 30 vendors including baked goods, live plants, honey, pasta, cheese, sausages, fresh fish, fresh produce, and organic veggies.
The City of Sanibel is a “walkable and bikeable” community and features one of the most extensive shared use paths in the State of Florida. Attendees to these special events are encouraged to enjoy our good nature, bicycle to these events and stay FIT-4-LIFE.
