2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Water Features Pool and Splash Pad
7:15 a.m. Low Impact Aerobics
8:30 a.m. Power Pace Cycling
9:00 a.m. Shallow Water Aerobics
10:00 a.m. High-Low Impact Aerobics
10:30 a.m. Deep Water Aerobics
4:15 p.m. Bosu Strength
5:30 p.m. Circuit Training
5:30 p.m. Sampoorna Yoga
Plus, the Sanibel-Captiva Lions Club will be offering complimentary diabetes screenings from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
