SANIBEL HURRICANE RE-ENTRY PASS

An application for a Sanibel Hurricane Pass can be obtained from the City’s website at www.mysanibel.com and clicking on the City Forms link, or stop by the Sanibel Police Department, 800 Dunlop Road, Sanibel, FL 33957.

Completed applications along with proof of Sanibel residency or ownership can be dropped off or mailed to the Sanibel Police Department, Attention: Emergency Management, 800 Dunlop Road, Sanibel, FL 33957, and your hurricane pass will be mailed to you. One of the following proofs of Sanibel residency or ownership is acceptable:

· Florida Driver’s License with a Sanibel or Captiva address (No P.O. Box address)

· Business tax receipt

· Tax bill

· Deed

· Rental agreement

· Sanibel Utility Bill (Water, Phone, Cable, Sewer, etc.)
