5. Consideration of a Resolution
Consideration of Resolution 07-05 approving an application for a Development Permit for an elevated swimming pool that was filed in conjunction with a proposed new single-family residence at 3457 West Gulf Drive.
The application for a Development Permit for the swimming pool that is to be elevated higher than 7’ above predevelopment grade is required to be considered as a long-form application pursuant to Sanibel Code of Ordinances Part B, Land Development Code Chapter 126, Zoning, Article XIV, Supplementary District Regulations, Division 15, Elevated Swimming Pools.
The subject property is located at 3457 West Gulf Drive (tax parcel no. 28-46-22-T3-00006.0110). The application is submitted on behalf of the property owners, Paul J. & Barbara A. Power by Todd Wolter, The Wolter Group, Inc. Application No. 07-3900DP.

6. Commencement of a scheduled public hearing:
The hearing for the following application has been rescheduled to July 10, 2007.
The subject parcel is located at 1905 Periwinkle Way (Tax Parcel Nos. 25-46-22-T1-00005.0010 and 25-46-22-T1-0020D.0000) and is to be developed in conjunction with a contiguous and commonly owned 7.9-acre parcel of land recently approved by the Planning Commission (PC Resolution No. 05-04) for a 6-lot major subdivision. The application is submitted by Mark Anderson and Ron Rosen, principals and representatives for Landbel, Inc., the property owner. Application No. 05-3038DP.Consideration of a request to amend Condition #2 of Resolution 06-14 approving a development permit and preliminary plat approval for a major subdivision to divide a vacant 2.7 acre parcel of land (previously occupied by the Old School House Theater) into a six (6) lot unified residential (cluster) development for 6-single family dwelling units, together with common tracts of land dedicated for a vegetation buffer, private roadway, drainage and utility easement, and twenty-five (25) feet of additional public road right-of-way along Periwinkle Way.
