Consideration of a request to permit installation of a new boat lift on an existing boat dock at 1500 Angel Drive:
Consisting of Application No. 06-3529V for a Variance to the Sanibel Code of Ordinances Part B, Land Development Code Chapter 126, Zoning, Article XIV, Supplementary District Regulations, Division 2, Accessory Structures, Subdivision II Accessory Marine Structures, Section 126-894 Location From Lot Lines, to permit installation of a new boat lift on an existing boat dock. The location proposed for the new boat lift is not equidistant from the lot lines and encroaches 10 feet on the 25.8 foot required side yard set back from the northwesterly side property line. The existing boat dock and proposed boat lift are accessory to an existing single family dwelling located at 1500 Angel Drive (tax parcel no. 18-46-23-T1-0010B.0110). The application is submitted on behalf of the property owners James P. and Barbara Ann Brady by Timothy J. Murty, Esquire.
