a. Consideration of a resolution to approve the Sanibel Bayous Development Corporation’s request to amend Planning Commission Resolution 05-17 to provide for a two-year extension of Preliminary Plat approval.

b. Consideration of a resolution to approve an application by the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) for a development permit to construct a 2-story Animal Hospital and a 1-story Education Center and associated site improvements.
