NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Capital Improvement Review Committee  [a standing committee of the Sanibel Planning Commission] will conduct a public meeting on:

Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.

at Sanibel City Hall in the Council Chamber (MacKenzie Hall), 800 Dunlop Road, Sanibel, Florida.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Land Development Code-mandated annual review of the Capital Improvements Element as required by Land Development Code Section III.H.7.

ALL IN THE CITY OF SANIBEL, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

If a person decides to appeal a decision made by the Planning Commission on any matter considered at this meeting/hearing, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, to include the testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
