Effective Sunday, January 6th through Sunday, March 24th the Sanibel Recreation Center will be open on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

COMMUNITY ALERT: Burglaries of Beach Front Condominiums Citizens and Visitors advised to take Precautionary Measures
Between the dates of November 14 and December 20, 2012 the Sanibel Police Department is reporting that 11 (eleven) beach front condominium burglaries have occurred. These burglaries have occurred from the 500 block of East Gulf Drive to the 3400 block of West Gulf Drive on Sanibel.
